Shehab: Egypt is one fabric

Dr. Mufid Shehab, the Minister of Legal Affairs and Parliamentary Councils said that the constitution and laws work to achieve equality and equal opportunities among citizens in rights and duties.

Egypt's different components were melted in its people over the history to make it one cohesive fabric, and its national unity is deeply-rooted in history.

He said at the opening of the annual conference of the Coptic Documentation Charity Association that Islam is a religion of moderation that recognizes and deal with the other in tolerance.
