Mubarak Refuses any foreign interference in Egypt's affairs.
The National Democratic Party presidential candidate Hosni Mubarak vowed in Al-Mansoura yesterday to legalize the status of 3.4 million Egyptian families living outside city housing zone in order to restore the sense of security to 15 million citizens.
Mubarak confirmed that his platform includes legislative and constitutional reforms to safeguard citizens' freedom, maintain their rights and deepen political competition by establishing credible active parties. His platform also includes an initiative to monitor the government and hold it accountable for its actions.
In a video conference with NDP leaders in the Red Sea governorate, Mubarak announced that he intends to establish a number of major projects for the private sector there.
He also indicated his rejection of any foreign interference in Egypt's affairs noting that he strives to achieve a balanced relationship with countries worldwide.

Al Ghad Party presidential candidate Ayman Nour confirmed that he will establish a coalition government that will include all political parties.
This is in addition to providing unemployment aid. Nour said Egypt needs an administrative reform initiative to reduce the number of ministries.
He also added that, if elected, he will abolish the Ministries of Justice, of Information and of Islamic Endowments.
Nour told voters to participate in the election asserting that full judicial supervision would protect their votes.
Nour also said he will establish a committee to re-draft the constitution, limiting the president's power.

Osama Shaltout, Solidarity Party
Shaltout vows to establish an Arab Military force.
Socialist Party presidential candidate Osama Shaltout vowed to repeal the Emergency Law.
He also suggested that the presidential term should be limited to one term. In case of assuming office, Shaltout vowed to revoke Article 23 of the Constitution and to draft a new constitution.
Shaltout also said he has developed a program to solve the unemployment problem and that he would provide apartments to newly wed couples.
In Tanta, Shaltout also called for strengthening Arab ties through developing the Arab League to ensure that its decisions are issued by two-thirds of the members. He would propose the creation of an Arab military force, an Arab common market and would work towards liberating Jerusalem.
