Chairman of the National Council for Youths Dr. Mohamed Safeyeddin Kharboosh confirmed the council's keenness on participating in the Million Book Campaign which was launched by Mrs. Suzanne Mubarak last year. This confirmation came after the inauguration of Al-Gazeera Youth Center on 13/6/2009.
The campaign includes distributing million books for free on youths.

Kharboosh said that the national campaign of Reading for All aims at informing youths of Egypt's key role. This role was always emerging from its keenness on implementing the legitimate Palestinians' and Arabs' rights since 1948 war till the last Israeli aggression on Gaza, he said. The campaign also aims at informing the youths of the major sacrifices which Egypt offered for restoring its land and freeing its national will, he added.
